6-time World Oyama Knockdown Champion
Michelle began competing in amateur semi-knockdown and kata tournaments at age 39, placing first and second consistently in her divisions. As she progressed, she began competing in Full Knockdown (bare knuckle, bare shin) fighting, and over the course of 5 years became a 6-time World Oyama Knockdown Champion. She earned many North American Open Tournament Championship titles and was often competing against women in their 20’s — and winning!
She holds two World Championship Titles (2000, 2002) and Four National Championship Titles in Knockdown Fighting.
